Received a few weeks ago, I've found the jug to be great to use. It's really only suited to steam milk for two very small or one regular size coffee. That being said it works for me as I often make coffee for just me. It looks beautiful on my benchtop and cleans easily. I haven't washed it in the dishwasher as I am uncertain what that might do to the black finish and want to prolong it's life. Would I buy again - yes. And as always Appliances Online were easy to deal with.
