There should be a zero star rating!
The first oven delivered had an electrical problem and shorted out the house circuit everytime we tried to use it. No problems - we had that collected and a replacement oven delivered..... The second oven didn't short out the house, but it didn't do anything else either - the light came on and it made a noise, but didn't heat anything in any configuration. Giving up and waiting for a refund now....

I’m so glad I looked at appliances online and found this convection microwave. It’s a great buy.
Great microwave /convection cooker.
We have had our new microwave for a month and find it a great replacement for our previous Smeg Microwave /convection oven.
