Service was exceptional
I have a kitchen with 2 Smeg dishwashers and 5 Smeg ovens. The 90 cm under counter oven was accidentally locked and I was unable to unlock it and the dishwasher had a mind of its own whether it worked or not. I called Smeg and they managed to fit me in at short notice.... you thank you thank you. However the accolades don't stop here...Lloyd (Smeg Service) came this morning and was able to fix the oven and will return for the part for the dishwasher. What fabulous service at a very busy time of the year. I love ALL my Smeg appliances and with service like this...what more could you ask! You are amazing! Thank you

I am an architect and have tried to contact both winnings and NEFF to fix a problem but nobody has got back to me- when I ring Winnings it rings out- my dishwasher crap.
