The product service delivery and installation service were very efficient and professionally conducted - no problem there at all. It was simply great service. But I can't say the same for the product. I think it has a design feature which needs improvement. The oven mode selector knob/switch is very flimsy - in that it can easily be inadvertently turned 'on' i.e. selected without you realising it. It has happened a couple of times - whilst cleaning/cooking on the stove top. So we are using cellophane tape to secure/hold it in place when not is use. The knob on the older model was much more steady and rigid. Please consider product improvement as it could be a safety concern
