Very happy with SMEG oven/stove, replaced a similar older model. Power/heat of oven & stove much stronger and cooks food evenly and well. Roast meats & vegetables are crispy and moist inside. Easy to operate. The delivery service and installation was excellent, a tad pricey, but felt assured it would be done properly.

Less than a year installed and used, the gas cooktop burners have accumulated what seems to be rust. The burner in the rear left corner has only been used a few times and it’s severely damaged! It’s very frustrating to purchase something of expected quality and to be let down. And when purchasing this product I was under the guise it included a coffee pot stand which was not the case. I’ll be reluctant to purchase Smeg products in the future.

Bought this a while ago, it works well but all the black indicators on the control panel all came of when I cleaned it very early on. It should be engraved, now don't know what temperature my oven is on, or what setting. Have not be able to replace the internal light in the oven since it blew either.
