Nice and good quality
So far, everything is great. The machine is really user-friendly, and the coffee quality is perfect. I also appreciate the design of SMEG. .
Beautiful minimalist coffee machine
Design is important to me. Makes such good coffee. I bought this year & still in warranty. Had a little problem which was fixed promptly with a smile, no problem.
What a great little machine!
We found that its important to read the manual and set this machine up correctly before using to get the best from it. Water hardness defaults to "hard", so you need to set this up. Using the right sort of beans is also important and then you adjust the grinder depending on how bitter to smooth you want your coffee, but start with the default setting and adjust if you really need to. Once it's set up and you're ready to go, this machine makes a great coffee. READ THE MANAUL, and then you should have very little if any trouble with it. We love it. So much so, we bought a black one as well, and convinced friends of ours to get them too, so another 2 were bought by them. They also love them.
