Looks great
Works pretty well. When people say they can only fit a small mug underneath, they haven't realised you can remove the whole bottom section to fit a normal sized mug. Looks great in my kitchen and makes a quick and easy way to make beautiful coffee. The only downfall is that it is a bit tricky to get the coffee holder clipped into the machine. Other than that, it's great!
Worst
I have the Smeg runout in light blue,wish it was black but ! My brother just runs out boiling water it don't do anything but, it don't foam milk nothing
Disappointed
Less than a month old and the machine is not pushing water through the filter cups. Tried resetting and cleaning etc. Unfortunately this looks like a common issue with this machine. Now without a coffee machine until this is resolved.
