Works fine
Very happy with the price and delivery. A cycle takes 2 hrs so it takes a long time to do the washing but works fine, can set it to come on at a specific time so that is good too.
Terrible washer
Bought this a month ago and from the very first wash it had problems. With every wash the washer would stop during the cycle at least 5 or 6 times. Because the company doesn't do maintenance on a Saturday I now have to take a day off to be there because they can't tell me what time they will be coming. Will not be getting another one of these again.
Pleased with the purchase
After looking at many different brands of front load Washing Machines, some of which were very expensive, we finally decided on a Simpson 8kg front load. Middle of the road as far as cost but it seemed to have most features of more expensive machines. Had it delivered and the old machine removed by staff from Appliances on line. So far, we are totally satisfied with our new machine, does everything that we want of a washing machine. It is reasonably quick and relatively quiet and gets the clothes clean and it looks good as well.
