Not great not happy
Only had machine 2yeara
The machine makes its own mind up on how long it’s going to go for
Says it’s only got 3 or 4 minutes to go and still takes another half an hour
Clothes don’t get spun dry properly
Clothes especially whites come out dull and dirty looking
To be honest it’s a piece of poo so frustrating
Can’t time how long each load is going to take days it energy and water highly rated but the amount of time and water it takes to do each load is ridiculous
I’ve always loved Simpson this is the first time I brought a digital version I’ve always had the dial version wish wish wish I stuck to that
So disappointed because we are on tank water and I can’t have a machine that says it’s a 4-1/2 star rating with water but just keeps using water when it decides to take an extra 1/2 hour to finally finish or not drain at all
