Dissapointment
I regret buying this washing machine. The clothes come out tangled together in a knot. causing wear and tear. In addition there is no lint filter so the clothes come out covered in lint. I have tried only half filling the machine but setting the water level on full and never putting towels with other items but it makes no difference. Now the machine is 3 years old and it has started to fail to start when I set it so it looks like I will have to replace it already. It really is disappointing as we have always had Simpson washing machines and previously they have been excellent, reliable, durable and washed the clothes perfectly. I notices that the warranty was under the brand of Electrolux with this machine so perhaps there has been a change in ownership. I won't be buying another Simpson when I replace it
Easy to use
No bending, really easy to clean inside the machine and the filter also easy to remove and clean properly
Always unbalances
Every wash, small or large, needs to be stopped on spin cycle to reload to avoid shaking, rocking.
