Sturdy and versatile
I've had this machine for over 2.5 years now, and it's not let us down in any way. It's got a good choice of programs, washes really well on normal cycles, but can also run faster cycles for when you want to get through quicker, or when your stuff just isn't that dirty.
Very disappointing purchase
I bought this washing machine to replace my previous Simpson front loader which I was happy with for years but had become very noisy and unstable. This new one is even louder and the 1200 speed spin only seems to last for a few seconds before reducing the spin speed. I really regret buying this machine and would like to return it and buy a different make,preferably a Fisher and Paykel. I have tried to persevere with it but it is not what I was hoping for,from the video clips you showed on your website
Good value
Good value washing machine with some features and good options to adjust it but noisy unfortunately. Note, if you reduce time the cleaning result is not good.
