Don't recommend it.
Bought in July 2022 and already needed to replace with a E50 error. Really unhappy that the quality of Simpson products has dropped so much. We are replacing with a Fisher and Paykel.
Not user friendly
Washing quality and ease of use disappointing. Once you start wash it locks the lid and cannot be opened unit end of wash cycle. too bad if you want to add something else to be washed, Wash is often covered in lint. cannot find a filter in machine to clean. Wash cycles take a long time. Just a crappy machine. Had machine for over 12 months.
Easy to use, quiet, washes clothes very well and does big loads
We bought this machine to replace our old Simpson which we'd had since 2006. So far we are very happy with it. Very quiet, easy to use, great design and big enough to wash all our blankets etc in. Very happy to have stuck with Simpson.
