WORST MICROWAVE
I bought this microwave around 18 months ago. It is the worst microwave I have ever used. It is virtually not useable because it overheats or unevenly heats food and containers. Issues we have include:
- excessive heating of food resulting in burnt/inedible food
- excessive heating leading to boiling over and spillage
- uneven heating leading to boiling of periphery of food, while central portion remains cold/warm
- uneven heating such that the container is extremely hot but the food remains cold/warm
- these all occur with minimal cooking times (10-60sec).
I am so fed up with using this microwave, I have asked for a refund/credit note. We have small children and having a useable microwave is critical in our house. This machine is a safety risk - I frequently end up with food that is boiling / overheated or burn myself on containers when trying to get food out of the microwave after heating.
Excellent microwave
This is our second sharp microwave, hopefully this one lasts 10 years too! I love the features and its easy to use, its also a really good size. I can't rate appliances online highly enough either, their service is excellent - especially their lovely drivers here in Perth
