Great Mattress, fast and easy delivery
This mattress is definitely medium with a dash of plush. If you are looking for a soft medium this is probably not it but for me it is a great quality mattress and I know I'll sleep well for years to come.
The delivery was super quick and the lovely delivery guys walked up to my apartment.

Mattress fine; delivery service exceptional
Needed a mattress. Nothing exciting to report on that front. It’s a mattress. It’s comfortable. We aren’t emotional about mattresses. However, effusive praise for the delivery team from Appliances Online. It arrived quickly, and at a time when the only adult home was my tiny, 50-kilo nanny. They delivered it up two flights of stairs, were courteous, and did not give my nanny any grief about putting it in the relevant room.
