Best ever Non stick Skillet
Have purchased other types of this scanpan. They are really nonstick. So easy to clean. So good I had to buy in another size.
Excellent cookware.
There's only so much you can say about a frypan. The TechnIQ range is great to use on my induction stove. The only things I can think of that could be an issue are the weight and the square edge on the top lip. These are solidly made and hold heat very well, so the weight is a given. The square lip of the pan makes damaging the edge that little bit easier if you treat them badly ( a common feature on laminated cookware).
Cleaning is extremely easy.
