A great pan for cooking steaks and the like. Being non stick means you shouldn't go too high with the temperature. If you want bbq style grill temps non stick isn't suitable. If you want something that is easy to clean then this is a great pan and it's more than capable of grilling a perfect steak. Everything else is easily grilled in this pan without nearing max temps for the coating. My only complaint about this pan is that it's a pain trying to stop the spatter with stadard round screens. The handle extends above the rim of the pan immediately outside the pan and gets in the way. I'm deducting 2 stars from ease of use for this as I've used plenty of grill pans that don't have this issue. It's a massive oversight in my books. See the attached pic for reference. I love this Pan. I went with the top of the line and bought it on the end of financial year sale. Went up $40 next day so it was a bargain. Super non stick and easy clean. Grilled prawns and bugs are great. But it has changed my beef burgers. Always dreaded putting mince patties on a grill but it’s perfect. No stick and great char. I am getting a lot of use out of it. Very happy
