Disappointed with Customer Service and Resolution
I purchased this product on September 11, and upon delivery, I found that one of the lids had a very visible dent. I immediately raised a request for an exchange, but received no update or feedback for nearly a month. When I followed up with a call on October 8, I was told that someone had allegedly called me on September 12 and that I had declined the exchange — something I never did. I have no missed calls or voicemails to support this claim.
Rather than taking ownership of the issue, I was informed that they do not replace single damaged items, and the only resolution offered was a $15 refund for the dented lid.
Frankly, this experience has been disappointing and frustrating. Poor communication, lack of follow-through, and an inadequate resolution for a damaged product don’t reflect well on the company. I expected better customer service and accountability.
Great Cookware
A perfect set which contains everything I need. Wonderful to cook with, easy to clean and look great!
Induction pans
These work very well on my induction cooktop. They are sturdy and well constructed. The set was well thought out with everything you would need. So far my cooking experience has been positive. I have follows the instructions to not be too hot and learn when the pan is ready so as not to cause sticking and burning.
