The heat resistant handles are fixed to the body using a patented system without rivets, screws or springs, making clean up easy after cooking. Designed and made in Denmark for use on all cooktops including induction. Can be used straight from the cooktop to the oven.

Disgruntled
After quite a long wait my pan was delivered. It was handed to me by the courier is an open ended clear plastic bag with a label attached! That was it. No packing, no box, just slipped into a plastic bag. The pan had been marked on the outside surface in transit. Contacted customer service, providing photos. A few days later received a response saying, - sorry it shouldn’t have happened! That was it, no offer of replacement, no offer of a refund. Nothing! I really needed my pan as I was about to buy a new induction cooktop so I just kept the pan as I was too angry to take it further. Needless to say, I purchased my new Miele cooktop elsewhere as I will be doing with future purchases.
