Purchased for my mum. Called to get info on brackets. Operator helpful and order simple and straight forward. Telly delivered to my mums house. Unfortunately when opened and mounted on brackets found TV was cracked from damage on the box screen black and shattered. I called ( Saturday morning)to inquire about replacing. Call answered in less than 5 rings. Super helpful operator, listened and advised replacement would be delivered and broken one collected. I sent a photo and details from my phone to the operator. New replacement TV arrived exactly as scheduled r old one taken away, invoice details updated for warranty. Could not have asked for a better outcome. TV model not the cheapest but great picture and easy to use. My mum has a Samsung phone and the screen mirroring makes it easy show pictures and videos from the phone. Only downside is the joystick style control behind the screen to work the telly without the remote isn't intuitive, as the remote is always used not problem.
