Sound really good. No longer have to turn TV up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I have purchased a sound bar. Was a great decision
Poor quality
Bought with a good price, but the HDMI function died withij half a year. Initially contacted customer service and they suggested me to do a factory reset, which made it worked for 1 more week. However, it died again just within another week, and then the factory reset also not working. Tested on different TVs and computers, the same result. However, the service centre said it is my TV's hdmi port issue and they are not able to replicate this issue. I think that the money is wasted on a short life soundbar.
Samsung app lets this soundbar down
This is quite good for an all in one soundbar. However the clunky interface is annoying - I don’t want to use an app to setup a sound bar.
The firmware update which should be able to download via the app constantly stops at 3%.
The soundbar connects via wifi - I don’t want to get a usb and manually download firmware updates. Please fix this Samsung.
