Annoying
Samsung says you can listen to music from the TV and have it on ambient mode at the same time but it doesn't work. I was on the phone with Samsung support for over 3 hours (twice) and they had no clue. They said they would send out a technician but never heard from them again.
Nobody home
Since I’ve had this TV, about a month now, I’ve found several of its features counter intuitive. My endeavours to get explanation and help have been fruitless. Nobody Is home even when I ema. This is the closest I’ve gotten to it!
great tv
always been a huge of oleds but this qled is just as good but the best is the way it connects to my sonos and fetch tv and Blu-ray player....one remote for everything ….fantastic
