DO NOT BUY. First one out of the box had broken pixels and was faulty. Swapped the same day. Second one pixels are fine but it has severe clouding on dark /black backgrounds that is worse than even any rear projection tv I’ve had from the 90’s, Or any plasma from the 2000’s. Samsung said it’s “ within spec” which is basically them admitting they sold a bad tv knowing it had faults. Terrible And going to fair trading today to complain for a full refund.

have been using samsung product now for many years and after 11 years of use my tv started coming up with vertical lines on the screen so decided to upgrade and have purchased this 75" Q60 tv and like every other products am very happy with it one issue i have is the crappy remote this model comes with . been a pensioner i find this remote very hard to use since limited number of buttons on it , hard to hold and if watching tv at night there is no back light on remote . this remote may be ok for the younger generation but wish samsung consider the older generation also in their designing of products or maybe give a choice of remote when purchasing a new tv. in my case i am lucky in a sense that i can still use my old remote on this tv and not having to purchase another remote purchase. in conclusion very good tv but crappy remote and please samsung bring back the full size remotes

Had it for 18 months now, happy with the performance of the Tele, but the seal between the frame and the screen is coming out and it’s now out of warranty by six months so can’t get it repaired
