Had it a month, done 60 or so loads, like the quiet action, and fast spin speeds. The menus and firmware could use some significant work. No simultaneous App and on machine control = sloppy coding and hiding the quick 15 and 30min washes in the options menu only when the cotton wash is selected = poor design choice. Would buy it again, but feel like Samsung made some lazy choices in the software.

My favourite appliances brand its lg, but when my washing machine broken down i did not find a front Loder bigger like this one so I decided to get it it's not bad and washing my clothes so nicely have a lots of futures, the only things i really do not like its very laod other than that it's lovely and stylish.

We bought this machine about 6 weeks ago after our 10 year old machine broke and wasn't worth repairing. The immediate benefit of this machine is the massive 11kg drum. One full load of washing half fills my clothes line so I am doing less loads and can get more done in a single day. I love the hatch for adding that last sock to an already started load and that there are loads of options for water temp, rinse, spin speeds etc. I found the manual a bit confusing with regards to weight limits for certain types of loads, but I mostly use the cotton setting anyway. I was initially put off by how long a "Cotton" load takes, but the machine automatically reduced the time after weighing the washing. Overall a good washing machine. Very pleased.
