We bought the Samsung WD90T554DBW almost 2 years ago and it’s already been repaired 3 times – pump failure, door leak, and suspension issue. Now it’s making a loud noise again, and I’m about to contact support for the fourth time. While the Samsung support team has been great – professional and helpful every time – the machine itself is incredibly unreliable. For a premium washer, I expected far better durability. Would not recommend this model based on our experience.

Great premise, however execution is poor. We never over filled past the half way marker & from day dot has had the filter continuously cleaned of debris & plastic after every couple washes. While also making increasingly loud obnoxious noises a washing machine should never make. While also taking 7 5 Hrs for wash&dry cycles. And you wouldn't believe it, but it has completely spat an agitator blade & the drum rattles up & down at 30 months just 6 months out of warranty. I have plenty of photos I'd love to share but cannot upload here.

Product arrived securely packaged for transit. Clear instructions for unpacking. Machine performs well. New feature of small door to add items while running a wash cycle is brilliant.
