Sub standard item
I am a Samsung advocate and own about $30,000 of their products and ecosystem. Unfortunately I have to give this item a negative review. Its horrible. When drying any large items, ie towls and sheets, this item wraps everything up in a ball and frequently i have to stop and unravel the items. It takes an excessive amount of time to dry things, increasing costs in your home. Really frustrated and disappointed with this
Top of the line dryer!
Bought a month now and it is an excellent heat pump dryer. If you can snatch one up on special it's a dream come true for laundry as we have found. Quiet, effecient and does what it says. Best bit of tech out there. If you're confused about dryes you can buy in confidence with this one it's a winner.
Great dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is very heavy, regret not paying extra for installation. Perform well, great new heating system, just need to empty the water after each use, unlike normal dryer.
