Pretty poor performace.
Nice looking machine but dry cycle performance is poor, not to mention the dry cycle getting stuck in a loop at 1min remaining. Evem a tumed 60min drying cycle will extend out to 75 or 90min. That and the add garment door endlessly leaking whem a bit of lint ends up in the seals mid cycle.
Great fit for your daily routine.
Love this washing machine. For the longest time I wanted a Washer Dryer Combo machine. They are a great for my lifestyle and this model fits in well with my setup! I have purchased this washing machine more than 2 years (pre COVID) and it has served me and my 80yo mom well so far! I have hooked up to the Google Home system and it definitely helps with our daily routines! I tend to use the Dry setting regularly + Finish Time setting. So now I can finally have washed + dry clothes when I get clothes ready to be packed away. The dryer function really dries the fabric same as a loose standing dryer does, it’s absolutely amazing!
Note: Washer Dryer Combos are not really suitable for large families, but if you single + one other and in an apartment and space is at a premium I would highly recommend this washing machine!
Unsatisfying product
Very disappointing. Bought this 3 months ago and it leaves a lot to be desired. The self cleaning drawer is not really self cleaning. I have to take it out from time to time and rinse it thoroughly from any residue. The drying mechanism is very rigid, it won’t let you adjust drying temperature. The clothes come out smelling burnt. The smart things app is just too simple. It won’t let you turn on the washing remotely. You still have to press the button on the machine. What’s more, if the door is locked for some reason, the app won’t inform you what the reason is. Not satisfied at all.
