We've had the new machine about 6 weeks now and are extremely happy with the way it performs. The controls are easy to understand and operate and the cycle time is a vast improvement on our old front loading machine. It's easy to use the automatic settings or swith to manual and set customised cycles. Washes cloths very well and am impressed by the way the flat agitator constantly moves the cloths from the top to the bottom as is washes (stood there one day for quite a while just to see how it worked). One of key features we were looking for in a new machine was an automatic water level sensor that adusts to how many cloths you put in, we kept our eye on this feature and can confirm that it works well. In the short time we have owned it it has proven to be a set and forget machine. Price wise it delivers everything we need and would find it hard to justify the need to spend more on a more expensive model. We also took out the extended warranty, with three kids our previous machines have always been given quite a workout and even qualtiy parts wear out eventually. Had to wait a few weeks until the machine could be delivered as it was not it stock at the time but don't regret the wait.

Appliances Online are great to deal with. This washing machine has been great . I like how there is no centre spindle when loading and unloading clothes.

I purchased this product about a month ago. The delivery men were fantastic. They installed it and made sure that it was running correctly. We are very happy with it so far. It runs very quietly and performs all the functions we required of it.
