Great
No strange behavior in over a year of use. Has a good dry cycle that deals well with sheets, easily spins regular clothes dry. Plays a song when it's done and helps me hear the cycle finish much better than some soulless beeps.
Recommended. Great machine.
Waited a couple months just to make sure... quiet, good performance. Plenty of wash options if you need them. Great delivery in and install by Appliances Online
Avoid- design fault
Avoid- this machine started to leak from the bottom of the machine, repair man sent out from Samsung. A 50 cent coin had worked its way from the drum into the pipe and all the way to the water tank. Yes it’s a foreign object however a having a foreign object that big exit the drum is a fault in my opinion. All my other machines have lasted 10 plus years- this one only lasted 8months.
