I too am experiancing the drop out mentioned by others. It's more the sound level drops really low, fluctuates in and out. Tried all sorts of setting changes, firmrware upgrade, checking other components of my system and found the only solution is to turn the suround sound off. You buy a 5.1 system for surround sound so if that's what your looking for, I wouldn't look here.

Isn't fully compatible to the Neo range. Constant dolby atmos drop outs. Updated firmware, switched cables and still it does not work correctly. Works usually fine on normal 5.1 titles but can still drop and can drop on stereo too, also no issues when gaming ps5. Q symphony makes drop outs worse and substantially more frequent (every 1 to 2 minutes!!) making it an unable feature. Hard resets help for ten to twenty minutes then the drop outs are back. Drop outs range from a split second to 2 to 3 seconds. Can be every 5 minutes, sometimes 10 but they become more frequent. System was fine on previous Samsung TV. Owned product for approx 1. 5 years and TV for approx 10 months. Not once has it worked correctly.

After One Year this Soundbar is Perfect....The Sound abs Special the Subwoofer very Strong and Very loud.
