Poor
Very bad product, always complaint. Repaired by service centre, but still not heating centre portions of the food. Product is still under warranty. Samsung refuse to replace. Service centre said technically no problem.

Good microwave but defrost feature annoying
As a general use microwave it's fine, however the defrost feature is annoying - by design it stops halfway through the cycle, meaning that you have to keep an active eye on it for when to push start again. If you get distracted and miss pushing start again, it will reset
