Only the right speaker will pair and the volume on that speaker is too low.

Excellent. Just need to ensure right Q series soundbar to match. My Q800c is already in Smarthings app and syncing the soundbar with the SWA9500S is a breeze, following the instructions. The level controls for the rear speakers (SWA9500S) appears after they have been paired. They work instantaneously and add surround dimensions flawlessly. Happy with purchase

I bought these a month ago , with my Q800B soundbar , for a complete experience. Ive had no problems. There has been no drop outs and the sound coming from them , when the media has the right channels , is very good. Plenty of sound coming out. I read the manual first , so i knew how to increase the level to 6 , which is what i needed. I also have placed them on either side of my couch , at a height of 2 feet, and a distance of 3 metres from the soundbar. This was the right placement for them to work well. They connected straight away out of the box , with no fiddling around, and when i turn on the power , they are connect immediately. So easy...and i am a 60 year old lady with limited tech knowledge ..if i can do it , anyone can. I think people forget these are small auxillary speakers , and not full sound ones like the soundbar , so they are designed to play the extra * bits* in the media ( gunfire , space battles, background vocals ect) and i have had no problem hearing those. My trial run , with Star Trek Discovery playing , was excellent. When you get the bar from the factory , they are set to 0, you need to set them to 6 , and then there is no problem with hearing the extra sounds.
