I LOVE MY WASHING MACHINE!
I've had this washer now for a couple of years, it's run quite regularly in our home. It's been the BEST investment and time, saver! I've also noticed it cleans my clothes SO WELL. They just smell better. I LOVE that I can fit my big doonas in the washer!
Generally, I never use the add wash function, I tried it once and it was a pain to use so I never adopted it in my routine, so if there is any feature that's a pain, it's that.
I LOVE the smart feature to have it connected to my phone, it tells me when it's done, so I know to go change the washing out. It also sends me notifications when it's ready for a clean, which is ALSO very handy as well. It tells me if there is an error at all too. I've only ever had it error once and it was a small fix. Not 1 other error since.
We are a household of 6. I will never go back to a smaller washer again.
So far so good!
Went for the biggest front loader.
Tick in that area.
Washes very well and amazingly quiet unit.
Cannot fault it in any way.
Early days but a 10 out 10.

So far so good. It's very quiet, so quiet I have to put the drum light on to make sure it's on. Nothing to fault so far. No regrets in buying this washing machine. Service was great and was able to seperate my orders as there was still a wait for one other item I ordered
