Can't go wrong with with Samsung
After a few years of dealing with an unreliable, in dependable so called euro brand that starts with an 'A', we just gave up and bought the Samsung front loader and Applicances Online. Couldn't be happier and the machine works perfectly and there's now a sense of ease in the house and it's a lot quieter too. The old one sounded like a jet engine and always seemed unbalanced. We ordered the machine at a good price and picked the best day for delivery. No messing around and the delivery guys were great. No bumping into things or scratching door jams. Very polite and professional.
Overall, great experience. Highly recommend.
