Makes entertaining easier!
I love my new urn. Coffee and tea making has never been faster and easier. People loved it and I got so many compliments!
HIDDEN PROBLEMS
At first the product performed well. Then after a couple of months the urn started to leak water slowly in a couple of places. Most of the screws holding the lid handles etc were loose which I had to tighten. After a month or two I had to keep moving the urn to clear all the water and moisture under the urn. Russell Hobbs company needs to get better quality parts that won't leak water within the first 6 months and get better quality control inspectors. I will not be buying another Russell Hobbs product.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago, best urn I have had and I have bought other brands.
