Rug is great, service is definitely not legendary!
Ordered and paid for my rug with the delivery confirmed date of July 17. When I chased up the delivery, I was told the rugs weren’t even in stock and wouldn’t be in for a few months. Cannot believe you can sell a rug you don’t even have in stock without warning the customer of the wait time. An email (sent twice) to the CEO John Winning regarding unacceptable processes and customer service still remains unanswered. When I raised this with the Fulfillment team (who somehow found me a rug), I was told they would escalate it to the Customer experience team. I don’t believe the customer experience team even exists!
