BAD CONNECTION AND POOR VOLUME
KEEPS LOSING CONNECTION WITH TV AND YOU HAVE TO HOLD DOWN ON THE HEADSET TO KEEP SIGNAL. NO SERVICE BACK UP AS I HAVE TRIED MANY TIMES.

Very poor technical info.
There is a push-button on one ear-piece alongside the volume control but absolutely no reference to it in the sparse instruction manual. I assume it is an on/off control, but no way of knowing if it on or off as there is no indicator light. The head strap actuation leaves no facility to adjust earpiece position - one size fits all...
