Great rice cooker but inner lid not durable
Its a good rice cooker especially for Congee. After few washing, the detachable inner lid latch broke. Philips main office can replace your detachable inner lid for FOC (for one time replacement only). They gave me the QR code for accessories online but none of them get back to me and they don't have the inner lid available online. No accessories available might as well throw your rice cooker and buy new one.
Faster to heat up.
My first air fryer was a philips, so I thought I would buy another considering the motor was way better then the others , it did seem a lot hotter quicker then the cheaper brands therefore less electricity and time to cook is required.This model is the same , therefore I would recommend this brand anytime

Digital rice cooker is easy to use and the water level for white, brown & glutinous rice are different. Easy to clean too.
