The AirFryer works a treat - great for roasting potatoes and vegetables, cooking racks of lamb, BBQ chicken etc etc etc, Easy to clean (the cooking parts can go in the dishwasher, but they are easily washed by hand), easy to programme and there are lots of recipes online.
