Panasonic RP-HC800E-K is good
I bought these headphones a month ago and I think they are good , possibly good value for its money , however , the noise cancelling isn't as good as on the Bose Headphones , neither is the design . Panasonic can improve on these features ...

I was disappointed in the headphones when I took them on the plane the first time and realised the jack would not work unless you held it in hard.
I was very happy when they replaced the headphones right away and they have worked very well. I wish they could block out the noise better but they are the best you can get. Very comfortable and great sound from them.
