Not suitable for heating in cooler places
2 faults make it not fit for Melbourne
1) wont heat effectively if overnight temperature is below 5 degrees and poorly if below 10 degrees
2) The AC creates a lot of water from outside unit
Panasonic say this performance is normal and up to 5 litres per hour water is acceptable. I have never experienced either problem with other ACs including Fujitsus and Panasonics. The product specifications show that the AC should operate in even lower temperatures. But practically its not suitable for Melbourne winters.
Very pleased.
This is the fourth or fifth time I have used Appliances Online their service and prices I find unbeatable.
