I LOVE this machine!
I purchased this machine recently and am so happy I did.
After quite extensive research I settled on this model as the reviews seemed to be overall positive. (This was not my first choice, but the one that someone nicknamed "Darth Vader" had risen in price by $300. I call this one "Storm Trooper")
Now after having used it for approx one month, WEEEEE!!!!! All of my clothes, dog blankets, Queen size doonas etc are so much cleaner, no fluff, I love it! I love the different programme lengths, from 15 mins to 2 hrs 15 mins. The Eco Save feature is great too as I am always conscious of how much water I use.

Happy with it
Works great, nice and quiet. Washes silks well. The auto setting isn't always reliable in choosing temperature but we wash on cold now anyway. Top marks for appliances online for service, came when you said you would and made it easy.
Quiet; Clean clothes well
Owned for 1 month. Clothes are cleaner and softer. Machine is extremely quiet.
