Made a huge difference
Bought this machine for my brother's Unit that has excessive moisture everywhere. On the day of delivery, installed and ran the A/C. Pulled an extraordinary amount of moisture from the room - mid-winter. Room dried out in no time - 20 mins.
A bit noisy, but set and use the timer. Remote control included. Will be great in summer!!
Great Quality
I bought this on line much cheaper price than anywhere
Good Unit
It looks really nice. We use it to cool down our living room. Its pretty loud, but you get used to it like you would a pedestal fan. It just becomes background noise and doesn't bother us while watching TV.
I was hoping that it would be 80% as good as a split system but its not. Think maybe 50% of a split system. It knocks the edge off the heat (maybe a 5 degree drop when over 30) but it still doesn't give you that cold room feel. It would be excellent in smaller rooms tho. We will probably move it to our bedroom in summer and it will be a lot colder in a smaller area.
