Temp controls do not operate correctly
A bit of a pain: need to turn off at the wall first, to get the temperature controls to operate. This also resets the clock on the oven. Inconvenient.

difficult to learn how to use
The Omega OCC70TZ fits perfectly into our current kitchen benchtop. We are struggling to learn how to use it- we are burning things and the glass surface already looks cloudy even while cleaning it with the recommended products It is hard to know where to get help.
