Ninja
The ninja pro xl is great. It cooks everything and so easy to use. Now we do most of our cooking outside and it does all the work. It's also not too heavy so we can move it and take it away when caravanning. The best part is the grill plate can be washed in the dishwasher so it precectly clean for every use.

A premium brand and service should provide prompt resolution, especially when a product is faulty from the outset. I strongly urge you to review your customer service process to better support loyal customers and to uphold the standard of service Appliances Online is known for.
Great cooker
Pork Belly, Brisket, chicken etc. all perfectly cooked with or without smoke effect.
Well worth the money
