Great Oven
Love the oven and very happy with it. Would happily decide to buy it again. Only two suggestions for improvement - one to be able to move the slide out rails so they are not in a fixed position and to be able to use the info button to see the actual oven temperature.
Very satisfied , but room for minor improvement
POSITIVES: This double oven is attractive, easy to use and has pyrolytic ovens top and bottom. The dials are excellent. Friendly support and willingness to assist from Neff representatives based in Melbourne (during Lockdown) has been exemplary. Us wanting the smaller oven / grill on top suited our kitchen. NEFF has addressed a safety issue, especially for shorter (vertical challenged) adults, as is easier and safer to lift heavy baking dishes from the lower, main oven. The doors are easy to remove. The food tastes good!
ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT: As a safety issue, the top oven does not accommodate telescopic runners, despite Neff communicating with NEFF Germany, and supplying the wrong runner. Also, the bottom main oven has two fixed telescopic runners, and a third telescopic runner cannot be added. The socket for the shelf rails are a poor design and although some take 15 seconds to install, one rail and socket initially took an hour or two each time to fit. However, instruction from a helpful technician on removing the door to be able to get closer to the oven and apply pressure to install the difficult shelf rail/socket seems extreme. Finally, another brand oven in this price range has top electric elements that can be unscrewed and lowered to clean manually above the electric element. It may be a patent but NEFF customers would benefit.
CONCLUSION: The oven is relatively very new, and at this stage my wife and I are very satisfied and highly recommend it.
NEFF Built in Double Oven
I can not praise this oven enough.
I have had my new oven for three weeks now and love how it cooks and brown things. We’ve had beautiful bread, cakes, baked potatoes, chips, etc since it’s installation
It’s easy to operate and looks great. It a 11/10 from all my family
