The cast iron wave cooking system helps to infuse your food with that authentic BBQ flavour and decisive restaurant flair, by adding sear marks to your meat. While the outside is seared, the rust-free air vents allow you to regulate the temperature to evenly cook your meats and veggies all the way through. good product, terrible customer service.
received faulty product, wheels out of alignment with handles so it's not easy to move around. contacted customer service via multiple emails and multiple chats but it went nowhere. Finally gave up waiting on replacement so started using the BBQ. The actual BBQ experience is great, no problem (however a hight-adjustable grill would be nice addition)
Good quality
bought this as an alternative to a Weber because of the cast grill plates that are adjustable up & down for different heat settings/cooking styles.The quality looks really good, the assembly was easy & the completed unit is very sturdy. Haven't had time to cook with it yet, but happy with the purchase & the service.
