Constructed from high-quality stainless steel the Napoleon Lex 485 Built-in BBQ is great for outdoor entertaining and cooking up delicious feasts. Create all your favourites with four burners, including a rear Sizzle Zone Infrared Burner. With the high-heat infrared rear burner you can cook delicious slow cooked roast meat, with the juices and drippings becoming vaporised and imparting a mouth-watering BBQ flavour.
When cooking, the heat spreads evenly across the trademarked stainless steel Wave cooking grids, for the cooking of flavourful, well-seared meats and veggies. When the double-walled steel hood is closed, hot air can be circulated internally for great convection cooking. This pairs with Accu-Probe Temperature Gauge and backlit BBQ controls for precise monitoring and control of the internal temperature.

Sizzle Zone Infrared Burner
The Sizzle Zone Infrared Burner is comprised of a ceramic brick full of tiny holes and grooves able to reach temperatures of approximately 1800 degrees Fahrenheit (982 degrees Celsius), in seconds. The short wave infrared energy generated by the Sizzle Zone heats the cooking grid, locking in the flavour of your meats.
Accu-Probe Temperature Gauge
Mounted in the hood of the BBQ, the Accu-Probe Temperature Gauge accurately monitors the internal heat of your grill, for optimal temperature control and food results.
Warming Rack
As the name suggests, the warming rack is designed to keep food warm. If you have meat or veggies that still need a little more time on the grill, the warming rack on this model will keep your cooked food warm in the meantime. You could even use the warming rack as a way to toast buns, creating the perfect burger.
Removable Drip Tray
Catching oils and fats while you cook, the drip tray is conveniently removable for simple cleaning. It is recommended that you clean this often, to maintain a hygienic cooking environment.

Nice compact unit
Like the long warranty and good full stainless steel build. Comes with 2 x stainless grills. Would be nice to have a stainless plate as an option. Overall love it.
