I am not talking about the quality of the product. The quality of the product was really great and I was really satisfied with it. I am talking about the after sales service. They simply rejected me and did not provide me any service. Why? Because I was living in the city of HUll, and there was no service there, and they just hung up on me with sorry, sorry, sorry.

Lets start with the looks and why only 4 stars out of 5. Well packaged, no damage. The instructions are clear and simple. one minor issue is the knob at the front does not point to the 0 (it is offset between the 0 and the 1). this is probably a simple fix but I will let Morphy Richards say how to do it. Timer works great. using the coffee you like is key to great tasting coffee and I have tried 2 types of filter ground coffee and got the expected result. First time I used the timer, the coffee was slightly cool. I realised that I had not put the pot fully on the base (user error) and subsequent uses were much hotter. So why did my wife choose this coffee machine? Stunning looks! It looks great in our kitchen.

I've now had 2 of these, neither of them worked. I set the timer for morning coffee, unfortunately the machine cannot keep time, rendering this function useless. Appliances online however, amazing! They exchanged the first one, no fuss and have swapped the second for an alternative. Forget morphy richards, but highly recommend appliances online
