Miele know their stuff
I have used Miele vacuum cleaners for over twenty years. There's just no fuss with them. They work well, they are a solid, strong build without being heavy. Bits don't break. They are easy to manoeuvre. I purchased this one for our holiday house after I had endured a Hoover for seven years. The Hoover power cord was too short and I needed to use an extension cord. It crashed into things and turned over all the time. These annoyances disappear with Miele. I should have stumped up the extra money seven years ago.

I am so impressed by my Miele and the customer service I received from Award Wining Appliances. I had shopped around and this was the best price by far and vacuum works like a dream! So happy!!!
