Bought this for a great price from Appliances Online. Arrived extremely quickly. Couldn't fault the whole transaction. Found a great electrician who installed them at a great price.

Day after installation had to put warranty call in. I've just had 3 of 4 replaced, didn't bother with the 4th as the same issues apparent with the replacement fans. They click and whir on any speed, you cannot sleep with clicking noise going on. Cheap plastic light covers. Very disappointed in this model from Mercator, could be though that this is actually an Arlec fan packaged up as a Mercator as Arlec have bought Mercator out. Expect the quality to fall form now on. Don't buy this model.

5 fans installed today, 4 with lights, 1 without. Electrician found 1 had missing light cover and screws for ceiling cover. Installed it and it wobbles all over the place. Feeling hot tonight put my bedroom one on and makes clicking noise as circulating. Went and checked them all out and all do same thing bar the one without light. And one has a lovely squealing noise going on as well. 5 speeds, holy moly. I had the manly 6 speed fan in other houses and this one at speed 1 is about the same as the 3 on the manly. Put it on 5 and it's like it's going to take off, way too dangerous and uncomfortable sitting under it as scared it would fly off. Very disappointed
